Spring 2010 Academic Advisement Schedule

Academic advisement for Undecided and Undeclared students begins October 12 for the Spring 2010 semester.  Academic appointment times are based on class standing.  Class standing is based on the number of units COMPLETED and does not include current classes. The Schedule of Classes and your Spring 2010 Registration time is available online via MYUSC, https://my.usc.edu .  You can also use OASIS and the STARS report to check your number of completed units.

To schedule an appointment, stop by the Office of College Advising in CAS 120 or call (213) 740-2534. If we are unable to answer the phone and you are transferred to voice mail, please DO NOT leave a message.  Try calling again until you reach a person who will schedule an appointment for you.

Arrive on time!  If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss your appointment, you MUST come to the next available walk-in advising day.  If you are unable to attend your scheduled meeting, call (213) 740-2534 at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule.  No appointment is necessary during the WALK-IN advisement times.  Hours for walk-in advising are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on designated days (listed above).
