Students may study in Delhi for a semester or year with the Institute for the International Education of Students (IES).  Students take Hindi and areas studies courses alongside other U.S. students at the IES Delhi Center.  Students may take up to two courses in humanities or social sciences at Delhi University's Ramjas College or Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). For JNU courses, students need a strong background in their major field. Students live in the IES Group Residence or with an Indian host family.

The USC Madrid program now offers the opportunity to take classes alongside local and international students at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid or the Universidad Autonóma de Madrid.   The program now offers a USC psychology course taught in English.
