Shannon Clements Parry
Sustainable Places


Shannon Clements Parry is the founder of Sustainable Places where she consults on sustainable city indicators, sustainable practices in the film and television industry, green building and a host of other urban sustainability projects. She is a LEED accredited professional and has done work for the City of Santa Monica, the California Integrated Waste Management Board and the UCLA Institute of the Environment. She received her Masters Degree in Urban Planning from UCLA where she was the Director of the Environmental Coalition and founding member of the UCLA Sustainability Committee. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management and a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley. She has received fellowships from the UCLA Department of Urban Planning and an award for service from the ASUCLA.
