Welcome to the Climate Dynamics group at USC, focusing on understanding mechanisms of natural climate variability over the past 2 millennia. We are a very small, friendly and intimate research group (currently consisting of only one person and the occasional intern). But this is something you might change. If the research listed on this page interests you, there are a number of opportunities available in this soon-to-be polynuclear group.
Student Opportunities: I am looking for original thinkers for a number of exciting projects lying at the intersection of paleoclimatology, biogeochemistry, geostatistics and climate modeling.
Post-doctoral Opportunities: I am looking for a Bayesian statistician with interest in geosciences to develop and expand climate imputation and reconstruction methods.
