Overview**
The MHB degree is earned by completion of a one-year program of study (32 units). A two-semester proseminar (8 units) provides an overview of the subject matter. Four of the courses (4 units each) focus on quantitative methods of evaluating human attributes and interactions in commercial and business settings. Another 6 units are served in internships with a sponsoring company or agency, which provides practical job-related training. The last requirement is completion of an MHB Treatise, which must be a well-resourced paper that examines how psychological and social principles apply to job-related conditions and/or events.
** Note that course content and requirements are being revised for the program that will begin in Fall 2010. Anyone who has applied for admission will be informed of these changes as soon as the revisions are approved by the University.
