Starting Out

Now that you've decided to submit a proposal, where do you begin?

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the College proposal submission process described in the Internal Process subsection.

Once you have learned a little about the process, please explore the remaining subsections:

  • Resources - Provides information on offices involved in pre- and/or post-award management and university policies related to research administration.
  • Forms - Provides guidelines and templates to assist you in generating the necessary documents to route your proposal through university approvals.
  • NIH eSubmission - Provides eSubmission system announcements, tips, and helpful information specific to the process.
  • Foundation & Corporate Relations - Provides information on how the College relates to non-Federal sponsors and describes the expectations for clearance to work with foundations.

We realize your focus is on demonstrating your expertise and innovative ideas.  With that in mind, we hope to facilitate the submission process by providing you with the knowledge and tools that can help you to submit a successful proposal.

And we can always be reached in person at the College Research Office.
