Fundraising Priorities

USC College's Tradition & Innovation fundraising initiative has been launched at a time when the pace of change has accelerated so rapidly that many universities are unable to keep up. We believe that the harboring of traditional values, while embracing and leading the innovative changes that drive modern society will make the College one of the nation’s top research colleges.

We are proud of our progress, but we have much farther to go to reach our goal.
The success of this fundraising initiative will allow us to fulfill our ever higher aspirations and attract top students, at both the graduate and undergraduate level, and excellent faculty.

The fundraising initiative goal of $400 million will support our six fundraising priorities:

I was the first member of my family to go to college. When I attended USC, I felt a tremendous debt of gratitude to the people who had invested in the university before I arrived and whose personal involvement in its life had helped shape the university’s unique identity. As a leader and supporter of USC, I now find it tremendously rewarding to be part of a powerful continuum of stewardship of this university, a continuum whose axis is USC College. Central to our educational mission, USC College has always set the direction for the advancement of the entire university.
