The Shoah Foundation owns the intellectual property rights, including the copyrights,
to its on-line exhibit Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak.
All rights are reserved by the Shoah Foundation.

Unauthorized copying, downloading, recording, duplication or publication of
Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited
and may subject an individual or entity to penalties for copyright infringement.

You agree that any copying, downloading recording, duplication and/or publication of images from
Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak requires prior written permission from the Shoah Foundation.

You agree that any use and/or publication of information from Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak
in excess of “Fair Use” as specified under 17 USC § 107 and “Fair Practice” as specified under Article 10
of the Berne Convention, requires the prior written permission from the Shoah Foundation.

Some images in Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak were licensed by the
Shoah Foundation from third parties. The Shoah Foundation makes no representations or warranties,
express or implied, regarding Voices of the Holocaust: Children Speak.
