Segments for the Classroom is a video resource created in response to the interest expressed by educators of students ages 14 and up to integrate testimony with their classroom lessons. Segments for the Classroom consists of seven downloadable clip reels—six in English, and one in Spanish—that contain excerpts of testimony from the Institute’s Visual History Archive covering a variety of topics. Each icon below represents an English-language clip reel (click here for the Spanish-language clip reel). From left to right, they are: The Holocaust through the Eyes of Child Survivors, Facing Persecution as a Jehovah’s Witness, The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, Surviving Auschwitz II-Birkenau, The Auschwitz II-Birkenau Sonderkommando, and the Sobibor Uprising.
